GENA FOTOVICH
OWNER
Gena learned leadership skills early in life from her experiences riding horses. Over the years, she competed at Spruce Meadows and also gave riding lessons, taking care of her horse when her friends were out partying. Being responsible for horses honed Gena’s work ethic. She learned to make a commitment and follow through, and she is still driven by those values.
Gena watched her dad orchestrate his career with the goal of being CEO, and she learned from him, by listening as he worked with his teams. Gena absorbed his love of education, sales, marketing, and motivating others. Ultimately, because her dad achieved his dream by being named CEO of Teeters, Gena learned the value of not giving up.
Gena is Ace Mobile’s command central, taking calls, sending quotes, building orders, and ensuring every job is done right the first time, and on time. Anyone can call Gena about anything and she act immediately. She doesn’t know any other way.
BRIAN FOTOVICH
OWNER
Brian has always been a sales guy, a great listener who understands his customers needs. He spent 15 years in medical device sales and gained a strong sense of financial management that has given Ace Mobile a solid financial foundation. Brian also has a penchant for mechanics, which has proven handy when upgrading Ace Mobile’s shop or building out trucks for specific cleaning jobs.
As Brian and Gena look to extend Ace Mobile’s service area throughout Arizona and beyond, Brian’s financial and mechanical skills will be essential in buying buildings, expanding their own fleet of trucks, and hiring the right people for the right roles. Ace Mobile has been growing 20% – 30% each year. That’s because Brian and Gena are hands-on owners at the hub of the business 24/7.
Employees have instant access to both of them, and the entire team is in constant communication, making it difficult for anything to fall through the cracks. Brian and Gena value their employees and take care of them. As business owners, they are willing to get out there and wash trucks, if needed. They are willing to do whatever they have to do to make sure the work gets done and done correctly.
